DISCLAIMER CAR CHARGING STATION
I hereby confirm that I take full responsibility for charging my electric at your premises. I assume sole responsibility for any damage to the electric vehicle, to persons or structures, or other incidents related to and/or resulting from the use of the e-charging station and undertake to fully indemnify and hold G24 Power Limited (The GCell Building) harmless and also from claims by third parties.
As the owner of an electric vehicle, I am aware of the possible risks. I commit myself to use the vehicle charging station in a way that does not cause any damage to G24 Power Limited (The GCell Building) and does not endanger myself or others. Therefore, I particularly commit myself to: take care for a secure connection of the electric vehicle to the charging station, use an undamaged cable with suitable and secure connectors, to park the electric vehicle in a way that the connection to the charging station is as short and safe as possible with the minimum distance to other buildings of 6 meters maintained, take care that third parties are not obstructed by the charging cable, be independently responsible for compliance with the applicable technical regulations regarding the electric vehicle and the charging cable, as well as to comply with all electronic protection regulations.
